Network-specific details

Fuji and C-Chain use CCTP domain 1; Monad Testnet uses 15; Stellar uses 27. EVM USDC has 6 decimals and its Stellar SAC has 7. Monad's token EIP-712 domain is USDC / 2; do not copy Avalanche's (USD Coin / 2). The SDK resolves these values.
