The business retains authority over pricing, availability and fulfillment. The buyer agent does not invent an offer.

A verifiable offer

It must identify business and service, amount and asset, network and recipient, inventory or capacity, expiry and version. The source may be an agent, POS, calendar or business console behind a commercial adapter.

Identity, validation and reputation

  • Identity: who acts, for whom and with which keys.
  • Validation: integrity of the offer, recipient and exact authorization.
  • Reputation: signals based on verifiable outcomes; still in development, with no validated production score.

Connect purchase and payment

orderId connects offer, approval and receipt. A settled payment does not confirm inventory or delivery. Catalog, quote and order adapters remain in integration; a commercial tool should not be described as operational merely because its shared contract exists.
