Payments and networks

QR, bolivianos and vault

The goal: start in Bs and access USDC through an understandable flow. Bank confirmation and disbursement must be independently verifiable.

Bank integration status

The team reported access to Banco Económico and Diaconía APIs and QR-generation tests. At this snapshot, .env.example declares BANECO_* variables for a future integration, and backend code does not consume them. A production fiat → USDC conversion corridor is not established.

What can already be exercised

QR Simple is a Vendis mock for exercising issuance, notification, expiry and simulated deposits. A testnet Optipagos integration was documented. The vault executes disbursements with a per-payment limit, daily budget and pause; tests exist on Fuji, Stellar Testnet and Monad Testnet.

From QR to disbursement

  1. Quote Bs, costs, exchange rate and destination USDC.

  2. Generate a QR linked to a reference and expiry.

  3. Verify collection with the provider; never from a screenshot.

  4. Request an idempotent disbursement from the appropriate vault.

  5. Reconcile the chain and issue a receipt linked to collection.

Availability depends on your instance. Check /health and /v1/routes before integrating.
